By accessing or using ThumbnailScore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Permitted Use

ThumbnailScore is provided for evaluating video thumbnails and titles — your own, or those of public videos you are researching. You are responsible for what you submit: by uploading an image or pasting a link, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that your use of the result complies with applicable law. Automated bulk usage, scraping, or reselling of analysis results is prohibited.

No Guarantee of Results

Analysis scores and recommendations are generated by AI and rule-based heuristics. They represent probable observations, not guaranteed outcomes. Actual CTR depends on many factors beyond the scope of this tool.

Rate Limits

Free users are limited to 3 analyses per UTC day — counted per IP address while signed out, and per account while signed in. Circumventing this limit (e.g. via VPN rotation or proxies) violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

ThumbnailScore — including its scoring model, the selection and weighting of the dimensions it measures, its prompts, its source code, its design, and all text and images published on this site — is owned by ThumbnailScore and protected by copyright. Using the service transfers no rights to you.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the scoring methodology; extract content by automated means, including scraping or bulk downloading; or use any part of this service or its output to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a machine learning model. Normal use of the analyzer is unaffected.

Thumbnails and titles you submit remain yours. We claim no ownership of them and process them only to produce your analysis, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

ThumbnailScore is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
